Shipping Policy
Freight Shipping:
Some of our bikes are larger and heavier, so most shipments are made via Freight LTL service. All deliveries require an appointment. Please double-check that your email and phone number are correct to ensure the carrier can arrange your delivery.
Liftgate Services:
We provide liftgate services free of charge. However, additional services like inside delivery will be at your expense.
Delivery Restrictions:
Freight LTL may not deliver to all locations. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you for an alternative location.
Shipping Timeline:
Freight shipments are dispatched once a week. After placing your order, it will ship within 1-5 business days, depending on the day your order is placed.
International Shipments:
Orders shipped internationally cannot be refunded or canceled once dispatched.

Warranty Policy
Mini Bikes Kartel provides a Limited Warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.
Conditions for Warranty:
30-Day Coverage: We replace any manufacturing-defective parts within 30 days of delivery.
Power System Warranty: The motor, controller, display, and battery are covered for 3 months.
Exclusions: Normal wear components (e.g., bearings, seals, chains, brake components) and damages caused by misuse, collisions, or neglect are not covered. Misuse includes:
Altering wiring or installing non-genuine parts.
Using the bike for racing.
Improper charging, storage, or discharging of the battery.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
Limitations:
Cosmetic imperfections like minor scratches or paint chips do not qualify for warranty claims but may be eligible for a reasonable discount.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If that happens, here’s what you need to know:
Cancellation:
Once you receive a shipping notification, cancellations are no longer possible. You must request a return instead.
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original shipping date if the item meets these conditions:
It is in the original sealed product box, unopened, and undamaged.
Refund Policy:
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds will only be issued once the product is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be complete and undamaged.
The purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees) will be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items:
We may decline returns for products that:
Are not in their unopened, original packaging.
Have been altered or modified with third-party parts.
